During the period 2024–2025, ANACEC participated, as a partner, in the implementation of the project “INVEsT in you: promote international traineeship programs for Armenian, Georgian and Moldovan students in Central Europe (IN-VET)”, funded through the Erasmus+ Programme, Action ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CB-VET.
The main objective of the IN-VET project was to strengthen transnational cooperation in the field of vocational education and training (VET) and to facilitate access for students from the Republic of Moldova to international traineeships, thereby contributing to the development of professional and entrepreneurial skills, as well as increasing their employability.
During the implementation period, various activities were carried out with the participation of representatives of ANACEC and vocational education and training institutions.
Kick-off meetings and regular working meetings were organized with partners from EU Member States and Eastern Partnership countries, aiming to establish cooperation mechanisms, define responsibilities, and monitor the progress of activities.
The partners contributed to the development of operational tools for organizing and monitoring international traineeships, including student selection procedures, mentor guidelines, and mechanisms for evaluating learning outcomes acquired in an international context.
Students from vocational education and training institutions in the Republic of Moldova participated in traineeships in companies from European Union Member States, having the opportunity to strengthen their professional skills in a real, multicultural, and competitive work environment. Activities included prior linguistic and intercultural preparation, mentoring during the traineeship period, and assessment of the acquired competencies.
Workshops and training sessions were organized focusing on:
management of international mobility programmes;
recognition and validation of learning outcomes;
supporting students from vulnerable groups;
integration of entrepreneurial competencies into the educational process.
Within the project, ideathon-type activities and career guidance sessions were organized, aimed at developing students’ critical thinking, initiative, and transversal skills.
Through its involvement in the IN-VET project, ANACEC capitalized on the experience gained to strengthen quality assurance mechanisms in VET, particularly in evaluating the relevance of vocational training programmes and integrating the international dimension into educational processes.
Participation in the project created the premises for aligning national practices with European standards, contributed to strengthening the capacity of VET institutions to implement international mobility programmes, and supported the development of an institutional culture focused on performance, inclusion, and competitiveness.
